What is this one? Support has been poor in answering this question. Looking for any help.

Cannot download music from zune market, instantly give error code
C00D11CD Ihave followed zune support in renaming DRM file, tried to upgrade the DRM security but the link they provide from MS is shadowed. They say this should only happen if you are using x64 version Vista, I have x86 version XP.

Uninstall with unzoone and reinstall with the full package.

You could try running windows update.

Are you sure you used unzoone to uninstall? Have you recently setup a firewall?

i have had the same problem and cant find help. i can t even listen to music in the marketplace.

Try upgrading your WMDRM.
