Our show Metalscape was part of the initial batch of podcasts in the Zune Marketplace. But recently they created a duplicate entry of the show in their listing, which is fine I guess. But that seems to have broken our original listing which is number 3 in the rock category. So most new people who see the show will click on that one and see an empty feed.
This also prevented people who subscribed through that link from recieving new shows causing our downloads to drop by about 1000 so it hurt us badly. I just need a way to contact support for this. Regular Zune support doesn't want to help me because I haven't registered my Zune. What they don't understand is that I don't have a Zune to register. Does anyone have an email for these guys? |

I would contact them however you contacted them to put your podcast in.
Or, you could call and ask to speak with a supervisor, and say you are calling about the your podcast listed in the Zune Marketplace.
