why wont my PTI Podcast download of marketplace tonight the code C00D133C what can i do or is there nothing i can do

Try uninstalling with UnZoone, then reinstalling.

but all my other podcast work and i don't really want to uninstall the software

Then there might be a problem with the specific podcast, wait a day or so and see if you still get the error.
