Albums listed but not available?

Why are some albums listed in the marketplace but not available for purchase? I'm into the 80's rock, and AC/DC and Def Leppard are both not available, but they show up. Why do they list them and not have them available?

They may be in the marketplace incase somebody rips a CD and plays it, that way it would show up on your Zune Tag.

That's what I thought, but wasn't sure. I figured if the music wasn't available on marketplace, then the artwork would fall under the same copyright, but I guess I'm wrong.
