Why such limited music in Marketplace?

I pay for a monthly Zune pass and love all the downloading it allows. I don't mind paying for my music and think it's a great deal.

But there are many albums/songs I look up that say "not available." What exactly does that mean? Will MS ever have those albums/songs available? This kinda sucks.

i think it's growing more and more you know? Maybe those songs will come up some time soon enough. If not, I never saw a problem with like Napster or something.

except napster won't work with the Zune ; )

I think it's actually a licensing problem. I don't think MS has permission from everyone to offer subscription music.

Good point, but the DRM could always be removed, after all he did pay for the music so he should be allowed to do it.
