How much can I do from Europe?

I live in the U.S., but I will be spending the 2008-2009 school year studying abroad in Europe.

I just need to know how much I will be able to do with my Zune while I'm there. I'll live if I'm not able to buy music from ZM. There are other sites for that...
But I really hope that the software will still be able to automatically download my podcasts.

Anyway, if anyone has any information or tips, that would be great!

Why wouldn't you be able to? it's the world wide web right? I don't know, maybe I'm mnissing something and I'm making myself look really dumb right about now. :/

Maybe it is a ridiculous question, but I just wanted to make sure.

What exactly does it mean that Zune isn't available anywhere but the USA and Canada? Just the social or the Marketplace too?

I guess that's my question.

I live in France, i bought my Zune of ebay from America, installed it and created a marketplace account with the software, but i cant create a new one, so you cant create en account but that doesnt matter.
Otherwise i havent had any other problems, Marketplace works fine, so does the software, i can even change the Language on my Zune to French or Spanish. Only problem is, is if you have a problem and want to ring microsoft, but with Zuneboards you shouldnt need to

You can do everything the same except for one (major) thing, buy music from the marketplace. However, if you have a zune pass you can just login and continue as usual.
