Sound Taxi is perfect for only 15 dollars. But you shouldn't use these programs unless you have the rights to the song, which you don't if you are using Zune pass....

If you only listen to your songs from the Zune marketplace on your Zune, there is a very simple solution to this. Once your trial has expired and you can no longer play your songs on your computer, before you connect your Zune or open your Zune program, disconnect from the internet. This will make it so the Zune cannot update its internal time with Zune.net (you will get a nag scren about this when you open the Zune program).
Because of this, your Zune does not know that the songs you have on it are expired, allowing you to continue using them as long as you want. This also allows you to sync newly acquired videos, pictures, and non-DRM songs to your Zune without it blocking your old expired ones. |

Wow.... You guys are crazy. SoundTaxi? TuneBite? Cmon..!
You gotta use FairUse4WM. It's free, works incredibly fast, and doesn't lose any fidelity. Plus, there's no way in hell the "disconnect from the internet thing" works. Certificates expire--typically they give you a month from when you last updated, meaning that you can't have them for more than 45 days...not bad, but still. I can tell you from experience that simply disconnecting from the net doesn't work. The songs still play after the trial ends, internet connection or no, until the certificate expires. Rights are basically rights to renew the certificate, not to play. Meaning, basically, that if you go without your Zune pass for 46 days, and your music stops playing, you merely have to re-subscribe, renew the subscriptions, and then off you go. Enjoy, fellas. |

Isn't all this stuff about "cracking the rights" and using programs like FairUse4wm simply stealing? As obsessed with Microsoft is about money, isn't there a chance that they will track down everyone who has downloaded FairUse4wm and sue each of them for $1,000,000? I would be cautious of stealing from Bill Gates.
