Zune account problems.

my problem may seem very lame but please hear me out.

When i first got my zune i signed up with the zune software and got a password. I forgot the password. I went through the process of retrieving or resetting it and it worked eventually.

i then bought thousands of microsoft points and used only some of them.

REcently i tried to sign on after a long break and i couldnt remember my password. I tried several times with what i thought it could be to no avail. I once again followed the resett password step through the windows live id website and it just doesnt work. I dont want to lose all of my points about 80 dollars worth but if i cant get this working i will have to get a new account.

PLEASE HELP!!!

you could call microsoft/zune...actually dont go to zune.net and then support..then look at the service status...they are having problems with people trying to create new accounts and people logging through zune software

Indeed, you'll have to call Ms on that one. They should straighten things out though

dont even call them...just look at the news on the main page of zB...microsoft/zune/xbox live are having trouble because of the amount of users and that it happened during holidays
