Unhappy [SOLVED] DRM Corrupted. can't play music anymore. Please help.

This has really frustrated me as of late, and I don't know what to do to fix it.

It started when I went to purchase some songs from the Marketplace. It deducted the points from my account, but it errored when downloading the songs. When clicking on the yellow warning sign, it said "A Windows Digital Rights Management component is corrupted. For additional help, click Web Help. Error Code C00D11E2.

When clicking on the Web Help, it states there is nothing available and to post on the Zune.net boards. That has been absolutely no help.

Now, when I try to log on, it isn't able to. But if I go to the Marketplace, I can browse the marketplace, and even preview non-explicit songs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to have to delete everything and start from scratch, but will if it will guarantee that everything will work again.

I am using an Version 1 Zune 30, upgraded to the newest firmware. Thank you to any help available.

Well, I am now able to log into my account from the Zune Marketplace software. I don't think I did anything, but at least it is a step in the right direction.

Does anybody know what will happen if I delete the Zune Software from the computer, and reinstall everything?

I uninstalled the Zune software and started fresh and it has been working for me so far, however it is still the same software, that needs improvement, and depending on what problems you are having, re-installing may or may not fix all the issues. I do have to say, I PERSONALLY do not recommend using the UNZOONE program to uninstall the software if you do not have to. I, among other people, have had problems with it(uninstalling v2). I was unable to re-install after using it.Just Uninstall the regular way(add/remove programs). If you do have problems re-installing, I recommend The S.Z.I.P program (off from ZB>downloads) Thank god for the ZB program/hack team. Good Luck.

Well, I bit the bullet, and uninstalled and then reinstalled the Zune software just using the normal uninstall. Low and behold, I now have access to all my songs again, and was able to download the songs I had purchased but wouldn't download. Problem solved.
