Cannot connect to marketplace.??

I cant connect to the marketplace Any ideas..

I start up the program and it pops up with the error

"Cannot connect to zune marketplace, make sure there are no other instences of zune software running then try again"

I called Microsoft and got nothing. ANY IDEAS??? Thank
