i bought 3 music videos last night and when i go and check the purchased tab and try and download the videos it wont download, yellow exclamation marks appear next to the names, and when i click on that it says can't download error code C00D11CD. I double checked my billing and personal information and it all seems to be accurate. ANy suggestions?

Any chance you've got more then 3 computers tied to your account?

I talked to Zune support tonight, and they said that the problem is with Windows Media Player, and running XP. They said I should contact XP support to resolve the problem. When I called XP support, I had to pay for the support if I wanted to go forward with it. They said I should contact my computer company. I don't know what Gateway is going to tell me about a Zune...

OK... I just got off of a whirlwind of tech support with the biggest morons, EVER, and nothing got resolved. BUT... I managed to DL my songs. I don't know if this is mad coincidence, or what, but I'll tell you what I did. I went to tools>internet options>advanced>reset, and then reset everything to default. When I did this, it made me re-download Internet Explorer, and I downloaded it for XP Service Pack 2 (SP2). After I got it installed, I could DL my songs.
Like I said, it could be mad coincidence, or I could have stumbled on to something. At least take the chance. I know that nobody wants to be out their (minimum) 800 points for a CD. |
