i have a big problem

yea.. this happened even before the new software even came out also and it got even worse when it came out. i have so many doubles on my zune its so annoying i have no idea how to get rid of them. they are not on my computer because i have all my music in one folder. i try and delete them on the software but then they just keep on coming back.


another problem is the album art its all mixed up. its not really a big problem but i would like it fixed. it grabs some pics that i dont even have on my computer and its not even an album cover..



can any1 help?
