Help with putting Pictures on my Zune

first of all I want to say that I am very happy with the new software and firmware and had no problems with it until now....

I rarely put pictures on my zune but I want to now. I have pictures on my computer that I want to put on my zune but first I have to get it in the zune software. As we all know it looks different now and it is more difficult to put it on the software. In the pictures section it says no pictures in this collection, and when I open the folder of the pictures I want for me to drag into the collection it doesn't do anything. I dont know what else to do. Can someone help me.

The software is so simplified now dragging the pictures are the only thing I can do...it wont let me open any folders.

You have to drag it to the zune symbol when the zune is connected. It'll add it to the collection then.

i tried that it didn't work....I miss the old and simple zune software...I like this newer one but they make everything so difficult.

ok I wish I can do a snap shot to show but I dont know how to od that...

1. open Zune software...connect with zune device.
2. I go to the picture collection : It says "You have no Pictures in your collection"
3. it does say update the folders on zune monitors for pictures. I went to settings and everything looks right.
4. ok I thought I will just open the folder with my pictures and drag the pictures I want on my zune, when I do this it looks like it will drag but nothing happens when I drag it over.
5. Ok that doesn't work so I did like you said and try to drag the pictures on the zune device logo but that didn't work.
6. I am searching around this software and nothing leads me to where it can help with putting a simple photo on my zune.

ok that was weird as I am typing this I went back to check my zune software and my folders with pictures appeared on there and when I clicked on them the pictures just disappeared....this feels like some sick joke Microsoft is playing on me.

ok i got to work..............this was so frustrating.... it takes 10 minutes for the software to load the pictures......the old software can do all of that in less then 15 seconds.

I guess if I just waited 10 minutes after I clicked on pictures in the collection this problem would of never happened.

So I guess I have not had any problems with this new SW....it just takes forever to load anything.

wait it wasn't solved after all....instead of syncing my pictures it deleted them off my computer...I am so pissed..and i know I specifically clicked on sync to ..(my zune name)...I am so pissed off.

Yeah Macgyver24, automatic sync sucks, but until MS/Hacks and Mods releases a patch, there's not much we can do ATM. You sure they aren't on your zune?
