Default [SOLVED] BIg MArketplace problem


So it has said for 2 days that the Zune Marketplace is temporarily unavaible.Please check back soon. Nothing has changed for 2 days.I have my firewall turned off or it is in the allowed program for my firewall. I also have the updated updates for windows. Any ideas? THanks

yeah, I'm using the new software. I think it is because my internet explorer isn't working. IT says 403 error and i do not have permission to use it...IDK but i any help is appreciated.

Internet Explorer doesn't work either?

403 errors usually mean you don't have permission to use/view something

thanks for the help but i figured it out..i was going to call comcast but as i was calling i saw a icon of comcast diognistic center so i clicked on it and said that the proxy server wasnt right so i hit 'fix' then all of the sudden my internet explorer worked and my marketplace..and my wireless modem...=]

I figured it had something to do with your ISP.
