Default Question about using wireless sync & WEP

So i'm wireless...but its secured through a WEP key. Even though my zune sees it, its not connecting and never asks for a access key. Shouldnt it be? I dont see a place on the zune to add the WEP and it isnt asking for it. So there has to be a away other than turning security off on wireless.... what have you guys done?

The Zune software should detect if the router is using a key and ask for it. I tried for a few hours to get wireless to work, no luck. The Zune software can see my network, but after entering the key it would never connect to the zune. I am gonna try it again.

I'm not even getting to the point of asking for the key. It sees my network and SSID but its not connecting or asking for a key....hmm

I finally got wireless to work after monkeying with my routers, but it is deathly slow.

I heard long passphrases don't work to well.
