Need a marketplace account

I live outside of the US and I want to be able to subscribe to Podcasts. Unfortunately, I need an account in order to subscribe and the site wont allow me because I'm outside if the US.
Can anyone help me?

Its the same problem with me! im living in the uk but dont have an account, is there anyway of getting one? i was thinking about using a proxy or something but it doesnt ever load the page! help!
