DRM-Less Music

So with the new software out in the next few hours, heres something I'm wondering. The new update includes DRM free music, but I'm wondering if anyone knows or reckons if this'll be available outside the US? I'm in the UK, and obviously can't logon to Marketplace using my UK Live account, but would love to be a part of the free music lovin'. I guess it could be circumvented by making a US account, but its still something to think about.

I hear a lot of people outside of the US do it. They make up US addresses to do so....
