This looks great! I actually put the "finished examples" that come with the download on my zHD! I have a good idea about a background. I would do it, but I dont have Photoshop, so I can't. But my idea was for the text so say "you make it you" (all lowercase) with an orange to blue background. Also, one that says "you make it you" (all lowercase). These would be awesome!

Ya, why would you need a SDK, you can go into photoshop and make them

because, unlike photoshop the SDK lays things out (time ,battery meter,wifi etc) and it previews the wallpaper exactly how it would look on the zune.

think of it this way: your making a custom wallpaper for your zune and you want to draw a arrow pointing to the time and maybe a arrow pointing to the battery icon ,it would be easier to do using the SDK than photoshop

ps not everyone has photoshop

So this is a substitute to PS? Or do you still need to make the backgrounds in PS?


Also, I really like how the blue zhd looks in that picture. I wish I had had patience.

Hmm, Thanks alot. I think I am going to find myself using photoshop and gimp alot more though.
