Possible approach to firmware mods

Hey there,

I was reading about firmware hacking and came across this tutorial: click
I realize that this says it's for unbranded players, but at the very least, I hope this could maybe take us a step closer to changing the appearance of our Zunes.
Please note that I am just going on what is presented, and have never done any hacking besides using iPodwizard.

A) The download links are dead on that site and all it shows you is how to use those programs
B) It wouldn't work for several reasons
