Default i have a question


ok so if they say the zune can play mp4 why does it convert the vids to wmv and make it look all crapped out? is there a way to put mp4 files on ur zune

It said mpeg2 as well....bogus if you ask me. Maybe they said "supports" because the software can make it work...I dunno.

i agree with undercover

i think they mean the software can convert it to wmv, unlike .avi which wont even show up on the zune player

The software has the capability to *convert* mpeg4 (some) mp4, mov, and I think like two others.
When they say "supports" this really means converts.
The best format is .wmv, and quite honestly, there is better software available for converting videos from mov/avi/mpeg to wmv.
Works the same way with music. Although it supports mp3 and wma, it only "supports" wma lossless by converting it. :-/
