zune 80gb exact replacement harddrive

I believe I posted in the wrong area yesterday , my appologies hopefully I will get an answer here.
Could anyone be so kind enough to tell me if one of these harddrive models are a good relplacement for the dead drive in my zune 80gb Samsung HS081HA OR HS081HB or does some one know of another brand that will work? Thanks in advance the toshiba model# MK8009GAH is not made anymore and seems to be a little scarce and hard to get so I was hoping one of these drives would work

You couldn't use an MK8009GAH anyway, as it's 8mm thick (double platter). The Zune 80 uses an 5mm thick drive, I believe (single platter).

RapidRepair is expensive, but they are an option:

Or, you can try eBay. Toshiba offers a 5mm 80GB ZIF drive, model MK8022GAA, but I have no idea if that's ever been tested with the Zune 80 or not. The RapidRepair link mentions that you could get a Toshiba drive, btw.

The Toshiba MK8022GAA will work with Zune 80, I've had some Zunes come into my shop with this drive (factory installed). The HS081HB will work as well, but is supposed to work best as an upgrade for 30GB Zunes... I

been able to get it working though.

What about ZuneHD.net I thought that was the number one place for replacement zune harddrives

Edit: I can't find it anymore, but don't you remember that sight from the beginning of the zune hd rumors?
