Sorry if this has been covered, but I'm attaching the xml logs from SnoopyPro (too lazy to link, look on sourceforge) when connecting my zune to my laptop running Win7 RC1, auto-launching the software, and trying to transfer an album (wouldn't work, not sure why). I can't make sense of it, but maybe someone else can. I recommend using a proper text editor, like intype, or winvi, or whatever else you want.
