We could use some new talent in the H&M section. Even if you feel intimidated by all this formality, or think you're not good enough, submit an application anyways. You may be surprised

Alright,
Name: Collingall2005
Age: 19
Free time: Um im in college so alot!
Prog.: C, Python, Java, VB, and i have dabbled in many other languages
Reverse Eng.: No major experience
Past: Well im pretty active in the psp homebrew community, (current project is psp bittorrent client), i took many courses on programing in high school and self taught myself many other programing languages through the internet, My major is in computer engineering.
Why? Im hard working, if there is something that i dont know how to do then i figure it out.
Trust: Well if i am accepted into this group its because i am worthy of it and if someone else doesnt then they dont need to participate in our project untill we are ready to release it to the public.

You both sound like you'll do great in our team, but many H&M members tend to lose interest very quick and never come back. How will you prove to be loyal and active?

Well, i have a passion with hacking, and i cant stand that the zune is not fully customizable so i want to do anything that i can to help get it there. I never give something up cause it bores me, i work with it to the end or untill i break it.

Both sound like perfect people. I personally know Iso and he's got the talent for sure. The things he has done with the Iden community are simply AMAZING.

A. Once I have begun a project I *HATE* leaving it unfinished. I'm just that kind of person.
B. I need a new hobby for my free time(I have massive amounts of free time since beginning college). My previous hobby project is lacking any possible future mods; therefore I have decided to move on. Please note that I have been on this project since Oct. 2005; this is not a spontaneous decision.
C. The Zune has too much potential to leave untouched. I won't rest until we have modded/hacked it to the extreme.
D. As I mentioned in my previous post, I have been a part of the Identology.org iDEN hacking/modding group since roughly Jan. 2006. Within that time I have never once leaked any confidential information, nor have I switched or back stabbed the group. I am loyal to my teammates, and I hope to have the same success here.

Note: I plan on also helping the zune-linux project in the future. If this is a problem, please contact me privately so we may discuss it.

Also, I forgot to put this in my previous post, but I also have experience with vBulletin & creating plugins & products for vBulletin.

If you have any further questions, you may post here, or email me at isosdcftp-.-gmail-.-com (remove the dashes)

Sounds good--both of you.

The H&M team will discuss this now and we'll let you know ASAP about it.

-Im in college but i have at least several hours a day, more on weekends, I also have the nights so i have enough for group projects like this
-C++, C, C#, PHP, Java, VB, Python, thats all that i can think of now
-No reverse engineering
-I was in the middle of 2 projects , A custom PSP kernel and a computer virus, I was in the testing stages for both but then without thinking launched the Virus on my computer, Lets just say after that I needed a new computer (deleted my whole BIOS and hard drive no way to restore)
-Why should you be able to join the team?
I like working in teams better than alone because you get more accomplished faster, plus you dont need to know everything yourself, Other than that i learn from everything I do, and ive done a lot
-Why/how can we trust you not to leak anything?
Im not an *******, if its not public then there is a reason for it.

As for activity, I cant stand that the Zune isn't fully customizable and until it becomes that way I will try everything I can, I cant start something and not finish.

Any "hacking" experiences other than programming?

Well like I said, the psp, I modded any hack i put on it to my own likings. Which then led me to just create my own kernel

Hi everybody,
My name is Gabriele, I am Italian and I fell in love with the Zune while in the States. I have been following the mod scene for a while now and I'm growing more and more interested. I have two zunes myself, and I think as soon as they get opened up to homebrew software they will be incredible machines.
I am 21 and I'm in my 3rd year of CE. I have a few hours a day of free time when I don't have finals and stuff coming up, but I have experience with mainly Java and C on Windows machines, and general messing with things, no Assembler or reverse enginnering.
I like doing my own mods, but mainly on accessories and stuff (see http://www.zuneboards.com/forums/acc...html#post27305 for details).
I can't say what exactly I might be able to help the team with, but I'll give it my best. I don't really know how to prove I'm trustworthy, let me know if I need to pass some special test or something... ;-)

To pass the trust worthy test you ust be able to stand on one leg, chew bubble gum, write python scripts, send hate mail to Steve Jobs, read the bible, and sing Amazing Grace all at the same time. lol jk
