Here's some for starters: Zune.net | Zune 80 Tech Specs I don't know the CPU clock speed, but the RAM is 64 MB if memory serves.

well i know for the 30 gb the cpu is about 577mhz? ( i think

for the 4,8,80 it is around 350 or so and the ram i don't think is 64 Locke wasn't it 16 or is that just the zune 30s

16 MB is what XNA lets you use, it's a virtual limitation. The Zune can use all 64.
