Exclamation I need help with games

It says "Error 1 Could not connect to 'Zune'. Make sure the device is connected to the computer and not busy syncing content. 0 0 "
I am not syncing anything but thats all it says. My Zune says wait for computer but every time I get that error message.

Yeah, I get this message as well.
Just keep trying to do it, then I'd suggest restarting the program and connecting and reconnecting the Zune.

Restart Visual Studio and unplug/reattach the Zune twice. Then, and only then, try redeploying.

If that doesn't work, try changing USB ports.

RIG usually doesn't have these problems; you might want to try it (see link in sig).

Heh, funny, I only get connection errors when using RIG. Though, rig is nice because sometimes it tries to load some projects in VS 2008 Pro instead of C# Studio Express, and it doesn't like the file.

Hmm. Does your Zune show up as a deployment target, and if so, what error shows up when you attempt to deploy to it?

Also, XNA works in Visual Studio 2008 as well. I'm using it with VS 2008 Standard. If you uninstall XNA, uninstall Visual C# Express, then reinstall XNA, it should work correctly.

Yeah, it shows up fine, and I don't remember the exact error, but it was something along the lines of "Busy." I tried re-starting Zune software, let it run its synch, doing all kinds of permutations of all kinds of different things, but it just wasn't cooperating. However, it only seems to happen after delploying a few games.

Oh, VS 2008 will properly deploy it? Goody. I can just stick to one massive program instead of two now.

Could you see if you can cause the RIG error once again, then post the exact text here? This might help in fixing it.

Funny, can't make it do it again. I think I might have had VS open at the same time, even though it wasn't sending, so I'll try that next.
