.rar files to .zip?

okay so i thought i had it solved... i opened it and did send to compressed zip file but it does not work. i wanna get zJewels on my zune but i do not no how to work the .rar thing is there a way to make it a zip so i can click on it and open up microsoft xna studios

Download and install WinRAR, open the .rar file and just drag the files onto your desktop.

7-zip is a good choice too, and it has 100% fewer nag screens.
