So I'e been trying numerous ways to try and reset or wipe the Zune's harddrive all together. I want to go back to the factory defaults. Most of the ways I tried have no worked. I even used the Zune software and deleted everything off of the device and it said it removed "2100 items" which is what I have/had on there but when I disconnected (and it did say Sync Complete on both the pc/device) all of my info was still on the Zune. Can anybody give me a hand with this?
