No Zune Software

Since my zune software never really worked i tried the other ways, actually i can delete files from my zune (with the hd patch), but when i copy them i get this:

it says "File (here mallamb.mp3) could not be copied to the device. youre not allowed to connect this element"

please help me, i love my zune, but i hate the software, and thats the only way i can get this

edit, i read i have to start zune software before, is it possible somehow else? because it cannot start here, thats my problem...

edit, and if i now re install my system and make the "zalternator" working properly, do i need to kill the zune process everytime i sync or just once and then never again? :S

use the alternator so it will be used on MediaMonkey etc

thats the problem, i cannot start my zune player so i cannot end (and with that intialize) the zune, no program has access, isnt the same possible with xna/visual c#? it also copies files to the zune so it should be somehow
