Missing registry files for hack

The only registry files that I have that I am supposed to be able to change is enablelegacysupport. None of the others are even there. anyone else having this problem? anyone know how to fix it?

The automatic registry edit program doesn't do anything.

Try instead of searching for "portabledevicenamespace" just once, do it twice. Also, try going into a different subfolder.

ok i edited the files but my zune still won't show up in My Computer.

*edit* alright the third search did it but now i have two icons for my zune and they the icon looks like generic pmp (it's not displaying the right icon). was there a post for this?

Yes, there was a post. I think it even had it's own thread, but here it is anyway:

Go into the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\USB\V id_045e&Pid_0710\0fbadb3b_-_0aee704e_-_80bd1ff8_-_8ee00652\Device Parameters\WpdMtpDriver folder and change "UseWPDPrivateInterface" to 0.

right. I did that but i still have the generic portable device icon instead of the one that looks like a zune. It's not that important really but if you know how to fix it let me know.
