I bluetooth won't be possible unless it's standalone like a bluetooth audio transmitter. The only thing that i can think of that's worth put inside is 2 or 3 extra zune batteries hooked up in parallel. That way you can get more than 20 hours of video play back or 60 hours of music.

you could always ghost the drive and copy it. OR boot linux(on your pc) and use the DD command. (both do the same thing effectively)

Okay. All I know is that someone crammed bluetooth and a 32GB CF card into an iPod Video. I thought it may be possible with a Zune 30.

There are many bluetooth module types. The only type of bluetooth module that's guarenteed to work properly is wireless headphone bluetooth module. It's a standalone module thus all you need to do is to connect the audio source to the chip and the chip will broadcast the signal.
