I can't make zAlternator to change the default program

I did all the steps to unlock my Zune and change the default Zune player. For some reason, when I click apply on the zAlternator, it just keeps going back to Zune (default), even though I always choose Generic WPD. It just doesn't work. I need help, please.

try running it in administrator. it worked in my case.
