Well you can get windowsblinds, thats what im using, they have all sorts of skins out and they also have skin studio to either edit skins or make your own. (if you need a crack for it pm and ill get you one)
Ya, I'm using Windows Blinds as well, it's quite nice. You could also check out 3DCC (3D Color changer), which lets you change the colors of all kinds of stuff.

Its a grouping of the zune, royale, and royale noir themes, but they've been changed a little to look better. I personaly love it, never tried windows blinds before, but that looks sick too.
you can just patch your uxtheme.dll file, and then you don't need any third party software to apply visual styles. of course, that doesn't work for windowblinds, but you don't have yet another app eating up resources. besides, to be honest, i really don't care for most windowblinds styles.
this is the theme i made for myself that i'm currently using. the wallpaper is "Emblam 'Black'" from project 5x (www.x-x-x-x-x.de), and the icons are "shinyblack" by madbwanana, except the black firefox and ie icons. i got those from deviantart, but i don't remember who made them.
I know how to edit the dll that contains the zSkin, but it is a huge pain in the ass to extract and inject images because they are all stored in PNG format. Anyone who cares to look into it more, which I don't think you should bother, download resource hacker and open up the PinkTheme.dll.
It is my personal opinion that the people in charge of the matter are over hyping the issue and should just release the source, especially seeing how this is the first actual zune release you can download, and could set the scene up for a closed source environment.

WTF man? We do this for you, for free, make you an installer, have 5 more skins set to come out soon, and you still complain.
I use stylexp too. I love it and it runs smooth. Only problems i've had with the cracked version sometimes when I restart windows the style doesn't show up and its all glitchy. I just restart stylexp and reapply the style and its fine till next reboot. ???
