Try uninstalling it with the UnZoone tool. Then try to reinstall it.

you guys need to put up a fresh ZuneShellResources.dll version 2.5.
So that people can download and replace.
It will fix the problem for everyone.

Yea i just tryed this and had the exact same problem but i fixed it like this:

1. When you ran the program it created a file called ZuneShellResources Backup.dll in your zune program folder - copy this file to any other folder on your computer

2. rename it to ZuneShellResources.dll

3. drag it back and replace the original

hope this helps

If none of that works, try updating windows (if you are running it). That's what has worked for me for all my other zune problems

it's always smart to keep a copy of your zuneshellresources.dll just in case things like this happen.
