Default Downgrade to F v2.2


Ever since I put v2.3 on my zune it has been severely freezing up while I change songs or resetting itself.

Sorry, you can't downgrade to 2.2 as far as I know.

I would do a hard reset and resync everything.

Yeah, I did that. It just made it worse. I just might as well just go back to v1.4

heh.. theres no way you can go back to v2.2.. just do a hard reset.. and see can you go back to other older version if your on a zune 30.. but if your on zune 80... then yea.. you can't go back either way..

Ok i'm at v1.4 but I resetted my zune and every time I connect it gives me a message saying "It is not possible to change sync settings at this time. Try again later."

At this point, I would call Microsoft for free repair 877-GET-ZUNE.

the reason its giving u an error (i tink ) is cause u have a zune 80 and u cant down to 1.4 on zune 80 just put z software V2 back on and deal w/ the resets...
