how do you get thing you have recorded from tv off wmc on to your zune? with out burning

Well, i have mce, but havnt tried this yet, and havnt even thought about it. I cant remember what format it records in, but i am sure that you should be able to find a converter to mp4 and just shove it on the zune.?
