Default Copy music off your Zune from a computer other than its Home

This comes from PureThermite.
Thanks we appricate it.
I have not tested this as of yet but will soon.
If you test it before I do please post your results.

Now, do the HDD hack. Highlight everything on the Zune, and just copy it to your hard drive. This works for some reason in guest mode, and not in regular mode. All of the music will work, and the security will be removed from the folders.

Now, if you would like to take it a step further, and make the Zune the default Zune for that computer, just wipe out the Zune, and add all of the music to the library exactly as you copied it off. All of the formatting/metadata/album art will still be there. When I did this though, I had an issue where only a few of my album covers showed up as black.

Hope this helps.

I dont know if Im special or maybe my Zune is, but I was able to do this without doing this harddrive hack. I am thinking that maybe the Zune recognizes the initial computer.... but I was able to upload to my Moms Zune with no hassle either, so I guess this means the first sentence is true

I'm able to do this just by going into the Zune software and dragging the files on my Zune over to my Sync Menu and it copies it all to both of my computers. (Laptop(Guest) and Desktop(Home)). Just choose guest if you're on another PC.

Maybe some people aren't having issues because the music in question isn't protected?
