please help me software problem

i press back+center+left to delete all the things include software in my zune
and when i install the original software from CD
and connect to my zune device
when i start to install my zune(its doesnt have any software)
it appear
its not possible to change sync settings at this time. try again later

now
my zune cant install and it also cant work because of no software
please help me(rookie)
