i haven't had a problem with that on my z30, and on my z120 the slow processor gets on my nerves so much i have to quit,
(try this with a 120: play space battle, start from level one, and as soon as you get triple shot you will notice the zune seems to get overwhelmed and starts "jumping" and lagging
I fell asleep playing Sudoku once and when i woke up in the morning my Zune was totally dead, no battery whatsoever. I would assume that it stayed on until it died, and that should have been more than an hour since it was at full when I started. could be that they do it with the user created games only though .

I've noticed that the Zune eventually reboots after sitting at the deployment screen for a long time. I haven't measured how long "a long time" is, however.
I played my zune TD for an hour for the first time ever today and it restarted. Thing Is that the balancing is bad near the end (sir justin is working on one final update) so I left it alone really the last 20 min...I dunno if it just timed out :/

I got to lvl 99, and the monsters keep spawning. I guess there is no end screen implemented yet but the gameplay is perfect.
Also, the game gets really laggy on my 30g Zune around lvl 50, probably because there are too many monsters on the screen. And about the game closing after an hour, my game has stayed open for more than an hour, just my experiences.
Good job on the game, and can't wait for other releases.
edit: ... hmm.. my game just closed after about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
O.K. I put the stop watch on, it went to about 2.5 hours before it shut off. (My battery died) Any more information would be good, but I think this is laid to rest.

My guess: there's a limit on how long the XNA deployment client can be running. When this limit hits, the Zune reboots. However, the limit does not apply when games are launched straight from the Zune menu rather than through XNA Game Studio.
