You need to load a music file, click Open .MP3 (File > Open. MP3)
But now how the heck do i edit the song? i'm so confused.
Don't bump threads less than an hour after you post them. Bumping threads is kinda pointless when it would take weeks for your post to fall off the first page.
Once you do what catnat said, you can use the slider to select a timecode, and select red, yellow and/or blue arrows for that point in the song. The interface is kinda clumsy, but it isn't that complicated.
A bump is where you reply to a thread thats old, keeping it alive pointlessly.
But the guy had a question following up to his original post, so technically that would normally have not been concidered a bump, just a follow up because he doesnt understand the instructions and needed more information.

Ehh, thread resurrection is a little different. A bump is where you post a meaningless post for the sole purpose of keeping your thread at the top of the list. The OP bumped this thread, but the post got deleted.
I will be using the tracks but you will have to add the forth note, cause it will have Up Down Left and Right.

Your welcome. I will need to "barrow" your track for when I put them in, I will have a 'rock' download, a 'pop' download and so on depending on what you have.
