DownloadManager - an all-in-one solution to updating projects

I just finished writing DownloadManager, a php script that developers can use to store their latest updates on my host MadCoderz.com. The php script is coupled with DownloadManager .net client, a way to ensure your users always have the latest version of your software.

PHP Script Features:
* Location: Download Manager - Home
* Create projects and manage them through your own control pannel
* Script manages files, and ensures people download the most up-to-date
* File data includes version, download count, details, and change log for easy management

.Net Client Features:
* Options let you choose where your files get downloaded to
* Add projects easily, by URL
* Checks for project updates every hour, and downloades the files to your specified directory

Only developers who post projects need an account, downloaders do not. Creating an account is easy, the links will guide you through it. All passwords are encrypted with no possible decryption.

All you need to do when posting an update to your project is provide teh version, and file location, details and change_log are optional. If you want to post link, all you need is something like this:
Download Manager - View "Asteroids"
The downloadmanager will then find teh author, name, and latest version of the project and download it.

Looks fairly basic. I suppose that equates to user friendly.

What's the download? Is that an auto-updater?
