can u make a game that wen u exit the game it doesnt turn off the zune then goes back on

I dont know much about the coding but i believe it is impossible to accoplish this because the game has to force quit/restart the zune to fully reload the zune firmware. but as said before i have been wrong.

Correct. This is a framework level behavior that cannot be changed by any of us. It has been mentioned a few times by the XNA team that they are trying to remove the need for restarting for the final XNA GS 3.0 release, but there are no guarantees if they actually will.
