Will we still have free games like the ones people make here? Or will it be blocked with an update once the games officially get released for money?

Microsoft has never once mentioned releasing games themselves. It's always been about having the community create them. Even if they do release games, I highly doubt they'll just take away the ability for people to make games themselves.

The point of the games and XNA studio is for the community to make the games for the zune users, so we won't lose the games at all.

Even if Microsoft releases games they will most likely be free for sampling. I'm sure some people will charge for games, but there will always be awesome free games available.

I *think* it's not exactly like this.. from things I've heard when XNA came out (might be different now)
I believe that you can get free games for XNA on the xbox but that developpers have an option to charge a fee for their games (like 4.99$ for a XNA game) or to distribute their games free. This is probably because there are compagnies working on games with XNA and they don't want to make 0 profit while there are some single developpers doing games in their free time who don't really care about the fee so they distribute their games free. That's what I think..

I'll say it again. They are not going to take away this from you guys. The reason they have to charge on the Xbox is to help fund their program (since, at this point, the XNA team has been nothing but debt to Microsoft).
The other reason the Xbox is so closed down in terms of features and distribution is two-fold: first they have to keep in mind XBLA games. XBLA still needs to be profitable and if XNA took away from that you better be sure the Xbox team would end it. And second because at the end of the year there will be a Microsoft run distribution system on Xbox LIVE. Granted you still have to be a Creator's Club subscriber to upload a game, but anyone on Xbox LIVE is able to download it. So again, they are not going to take this away from you. You don't have to start backing up games or anything like that.
