Default exiting zune games

I just hate the fact that my zune restarts after exiting a zune game. Is there any code i can put in it that will just take it back to the menu?

P.S. does anyone know how to tell a game to let you fetch a song from the device?

all the games right now when you exit your zune needs to be restarted/reboot... thats how it is right now. maybe in the future it will be fixed.

yea right now it's just beta... maybe because the games arnt using the zune software that's why it has to restart everytime... and the song during game thing is possible you just have to wait until the final release near November.

I know why it has to restart... the XNA game doesn't have any code to tell the zune to go back to the menu. To keep the zune from getting extremely confused, it just restarts.

Also i knew the music was possible, i just wandered why it was not in any games yet. I take it it is the same with the wireless multiplayer, or has just no one tried yet?

Main Question: Less than beta,
Other Question: create an instance of MediaLibrary to find the songs
use MediaPlayer.Play(); to play the songs.

dont know quite enough about c# to understand that but ok. Also, it looks like my edit got left out. Is networking availible yet on the zune?

Ok, it Exits the game and restarts the menu to conserve memory. So that memory doesn't get left on the zune which would slow it down afterwards. This may get taken out after beta. (No way around it)

To play music from the library make an instance of MusicLibrary like:

MusicLibrary musicLibrary = new MusicLibrary();

then it has all the data like

Song song = musicLibrary.Artists[0].Songs[0];

then play it using MediaPlayer

MediaPlayer.Play(song);

I haven't looked at the multiplayer stuff yet.

i think that I'm just going to wait to download any games, this sounds a whole lot like complication to me, maybe when it becomes easier, unless it won't then I'll give it a try.

It's actually quite intuitive, all you have to do is load the game in visual studio, then click export to zune it does it all for you.
