What do you want in the next firmware update? I'm hoping for for support for downloadable themes, wi-fi connectivity to the PC, and maybe the choice of flipping the screen. I doubt the wi-fi support to PC because of piracy issues What does everyone else want in the Zune's next FW update?
I could live without a clock, although it is useful
1) Ability to play .avi and other video files without converting. geez windows media player can download codecs and things like that..why not this crap.
2) Ability to delete files from library and not having it deleted on the Zune.
The ability to see pdf, word, excel, power point files. I need this because in the university they send us power point presentations and it will be very useful to take a look. I think Microsoft will add this.
Web surfing, why not, it has Wi-Fi. Synchronization to the laptop via wi-fi.

I just thought of an update or an idea
1) Search option(can be applied to songs,albums,artists, etc..etc). Hell my creative had one..
a better firmware all together i don't like the setup and a few annoying things, one is how you get to the list of songs playing, but im sleepy and don't feel like typing a long thing of what needs to be changed so, for later.
1. More Customization.
2. More Video Codecs.
3. Text File Viewing (For Lyrics Mainly).
4. A Clock!
~5. Sleep Timer! So if I accidentally turn the zune on(Or forget to turn it off), it will turn its self off after a couple hours of consecutive playtime.
I would love a clock with a sleep timer, it would also be nice to have faster fast fowarding for audio books or downloaded radio shows. Bookmarking Long MP3s would be cool too
Dvix/Xvid support! It'd be nice to be able to put on full resolution files too, even though they will only show on the 320x240 screen. I mean, I have a lot of Xvids that are in the 500x range. Would also make for much better A/V Out-> TV playback.

2.) Metadata editor built-in to the Zune software (I know, not firmware, whatever)
3.) Wireless internet and/or ability to access Marketplace wirelessly
4.) Ability to see all songs by an artist, not just album-by-album display. (Don't hiss, I'm a FORMER iPod user)

6.) Cheese grater.
I'm really needing a cheese grater on the go as well.
