Default Market Place Question

I have 2 30G Zunes. I bought a few albums from the Market place. My old hard drive crashed so I had to buy a new Hard drive for my PC. I tried to play the Albums and it said I had to Sync with my PC. When I did I could only get one album back by going into settings and re downloading them. Anyway one of the albums is no longer available on the market place. I called Microsoft and they basically said I was out of luck, if i want that album again I'd need to buy the songs individually from other albums. Kinda pissed me off that I couldn't get a credit for it. What causes this is there a licensing code or something in it? What if I burn the albums I buy onto disc would i still have the same problem?

Are you using the zune pass? If you are, then it's technically not your music, but if you actually bought the album, not rented, then I think they have to reimburse you somehow. You might not be able to get the exact album, but legally I think they're obligated to do something.

I bought with Zune Points, They told me to bad next time burn it to disc for a back up.

I would have pressed for a supervisor for clarification on this.
