Default v3 firmware asks for reboot

I installed the Zune v3 firmware on my hubby's comp, and it asked me to reboot the system. I did, and yet when I went to open Zune after rebooting? It asked me to reboot again. I installed it in the exact same manner that I did on my comp so I can't understand why we're having issues on his.

Help, please?

Remove the Zune software(not the firmware, that's on the Zune itself) with this tool: Remove-it.org > Tools > UnZoone Then reinstall it.
