here we go again ffs

Everytime microsoft relase a new update for the zune I hope and pray it will fix my zune.
But nooooo it doesn't and tech support (yeah right) couldnt even get my uk address right, as the person I was speaking to did not understand what a postcode was!!!!.

Anyway I digress

the steps Ive done.

1: install new software

2: update zune firmware

3: watch it install the software

4: watch it go and reset

5: look forlornely at a light grey screen

6: leave it alone for a good 30 minutes watching steps 4 & 5 repeatedly

I know the screen works as I get the zune logo with the bar going along the bottom then it goes gray. and 30 seconds later it resets.

my wifes updates no problem at all.

I am losing the plot with my zune.

anyone any ideas I feel that I may have a bad sector on the harddrive on my zune as it clicks and then resets.

reformat ur zune. That is probaly your only option.

Then reinstall the updates.

ive done this lotsa times IT DOES'NT WORK!!! can anyone else suggest anything else maybe a bit more helpful
