Default Firmware Problem?

Since I have updated my firmware, some of my songs started playing in half speed or double speed. Is this some new feature I missed, or a problem with the firmware?

It's a problem with the updgrading of firmware. To fix it, hit Back-Up to reset the Zune, then Back-Center-Left to completely wipe it, including firmware. If you have a flash based Zune, use Back-Center-Play instead. Once you've done that, connect to the computer to reinstall the firmware and reload your media.
