Default Firmware Problem

I dont know what it is but my zune is extremely glitchy or something, everytime i try to scroll up it either goes down then up then back down or when i try to press the button it goes up or down then when i play a song it starts bringing up the menu like when it says the rating and song list and stuff.
it all started after i installed the firmware
