Angry sync issue

ihave a z30 and every time i plug it in since i installed z3.0 yesterday it says that updating device cantent if anyone knows why it wont stop saying this let me know because i cant sync any music while it says this
I hate this

sorry everyone for this retarded post it finshed updating and its fine but if anyone reads this that has a z30 it takes flippin long time to update man thats lame
